    Leasing

  • What are your leasing terms?

     
    • All initial leases will be a one (1) year term. Target tenants (accompanied military) may renew for six (6) months or one (1) year. Unaccompanied military and civilians may renew for six (6) months.


  • What is your application process?

     
    • All active duty military will need to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility from the Dyess AFB Housing Office. Military members do not have to fill out an application or provide a deposit. Civilians are required to complete a TAA Application ($35.00 fee) and place a $200.00 deposit.


  • What bills are paid?

     
    • Quail Hollow pays for your water, trash, and sewer. You will be responsible for your gas and electric bill.


  • What are the requirements for vacating my unit?

     
    • You are required to submit a written 30-day notice to vacate at the end of your lease.


  • Do I have to have my carpet professionally cleaned upon move-out?

     
    • Yes. When you moved in your carpet was professionally cleaned.


  • Which schools will my children attend?

     
    • Quail Hollow is located in Abilene Independent School District (www.abileneisd.org): Bassetti Elementary, Clack Middle School High School or Cooper High School.



  • Maintenance

  • How do I make a service request?

     
    • Call our 24-hour emergency line at 325-690-6698 submit a service request online.


  • Are there after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance technicians on call?

     
    • Yes. Reach 24-hour on-call maintenance by calling (325) 313-0200.


  • Do you provide pest control?

     
    • Yes. We provide preventative pest control on a quarterly or as needed basis.



  • Pet Infomation

  • Will I be charged a pet deposit?

     
    • Active duty military members will pay a refundable Pet Deposit of $250.00 per pet. Civilian residents will pay a non-refundable Pet Fee of $300.00.


  • How many pets am I allowed to have?

     
    • Residents can have two walking pets per home.


  • Is there a weight limit on pets or restricted breeds?

     
    • There is not a weight limit on pets, however, there are breed restrictions that include: Pit Bull, Doberman, Wolf and Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull Mixture, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog.
